Apparel programmes for ladies, men and kids

Six manufacturing categories, each with its own fabric library, construction standard and quality protocol. Every style can be produced as private label under your brand, developed with our design team, or built directly from your tech pack.

Category 01

Workwear & Uniforms

Garments that are worn every day, washed constantly and judged on how long they last. We build workwear around reinforcement, not decoration.

Our workwear programme covers industrial and service uniforms, coveralls and boiler suits, work jackets, cargo and utility trousers, bib-and-brace dungarees, and hi-visibility garments — produced in ladies' and men's fits.

Typical constructions

  • Triple-needle felled seams, bartack reinforcement at all stress points
  • YKK-grade zippers, riveted pockets and industrial-wash-tested trims
  • Reflective tape application to EN ISO 20471 layout principles
  • Knee-pad pockets, tool loops, phone and ruler pockets to your spec

Fabrics we work with

Cotton and poly-cotton twill (210–320 gsm), canvas duck, ripstop, stretch canvas, flame-resistant and anti-static blends, water-repellent finishes.

Category 02

Outerwear

The category that defines a winter range. Fill power, loft retention and clean quilting lines are where outerwear is won or lost.

We manufacture padded and quilted jackets, puffer coats, parkas, gilets and bodywarmers, wool-blend overcoats and transitional jackets — for ladies, men and kids, in down and synthetic fill.

Typical constructions

  • Down-proof shell fabrics with channel, box-wall or welded quilting
  • RDS-certified down or recycled polyester fill options
  • Storm flaps, chin guards, two-way zippers and adjustable hems
  • Detachable hoods, faux-fur trims and heat-sealed seams

Fabrics we work with

Nylon and polyester taffeta, recycled ripstop, memory poly, wool-blend melton, sherpa and teddy fleece, bonded and laminated shells.

Outdoor Apparel

Performance apparel is an engineering problem before it is a design problem. We treat it that way.

Our outdoor programme covers waterproof shells and rain jackets, softshells, fleece mid-layers, hiking and trekking trousers, insulated vests and packable windbreakers for ladies, men and kids.

Typical constructions

  • Waterproof-breathable membranes with fully taped or critically taped seams
  • Water-repellent finishes and laminated waterproof zippers
  • Articulated sleeves and knees, adjustable hoods, pit-zip ventilation
  • Hydrostatic head and breathability testing on request

Fabrics we work with

2L, 2.5L and 3L laminates, ripstop nylon, mechanical-stretch softshell, grid and micro fleece, recycled performance yarns.

Suits & Blazers

Tailoring is the category where construction shows. Canvas, interlining and pressing decide whether a jacket holds its shape after the tenth wear or collapses after the first.

We manufacture single and double-breasted blazers, two and three-piece suits, tailored trousers and skirts, waistcoats and occasion sets — for ladies, men and kids, from school and corporate uniform blazers through to formal and business tailoring.

Typical constructions

  • Full-canvas, half-canvas and fused front constructions
  • Pad-stitched lapels and collars, with hand-finished detailing on request
  • Jetted, besom, flap and patch pockets; working or mock cuff buttonholes
  • Full, half and unlined bodies with viscose, cupro or recycled linings
  • Shoulder options from structured pad through to soft unstructured

Fabrics we work with

Pure wool and wool-blend suiting (180–320 gsm), polyviscose and poly-wool uniform cloth, stretch and travel suiting, linen and cotton-blend summer suiting, recycled and traceable wool programmes.

Denim Pants and Denim Jackets

Denim is a wash story as much as a fit story. Our finishing partners run laser and ozone technology to cut water and chemical load without losing character.

We produce five-pocket jeans in every fit, trucker, sherpa-lined and oversized denim jackets, denim shirts and shackets, skirts, shorts and dungarees — ladies, men and kids.

Typical constructions

  • Chain-stitch hems, felled inseams and authentic denim detailing
  • Branded shank buttons, rivets, leather or jacron patches
  • Laser whiskering, ozone bleaching and low-liquor-ratio washing
  • Sherpa, flannel and quilted jacket linings
  • Rigid, comfort-stretch and power-stretch fabric options

Fabrics we work with

8–14 oz rigid and stretch denim, selvedge, organic and recycled cotton blends, black and coated denim, Tencel™-blend lightweight denim.

Category 06

Sweaters

Sweaters are judged in the hand. Yarn quality, gauge consistency and finishing decide whether a sweater feels premium or cheap.

We produce crew, V-neck, turtleneck and mock-neck sweaters, cardigans and zip-throughs, jacquard and intarsia designs, cable and rib textures, and sweater dresses and sets for ladies, men and kids.

Typical constructions

  • Flat-bed production from 3GG chunky through to 14GG fine gauge
  • Fully fashioned, linked and cut-and-sew constructions
  • Jacquard, intarsia, cable, pointelle and ottoman rib techniques
  • Pilling, shrinkage and torque testing before bulk approval

Yarns we work with

Cotton, cotton blends, merino and lambswool, acrylic and acrylic blends, mohair and alpaca blends, recycled polyester and organic cotton yarns.
