Our capabilities

Empowering your brand to grow

EETHEN brings apparel manufacturing expertise together with a customer-first approach to deliver end-to-end solutions. From initial design and product development through sourcing, production and global distribution, we provide a complete suite of premium services that help your brand reach its full potential.

Whether you are a start-up label or an established retailer, you receive the same attention to detail, quality and reliability that sets EETHEN apart as a trusted manufacturing partner.

What we handle

Seven disciplines, one accountable partner

You brief one team. We coordinate design, mills, factories, testing houses and freight and report on all of it in a single line of communication.

01

Design & product development

From the first sketch to the final pattern, our design team transforms your ideas into ready-to-produce collections, ensuring every detail captures the essence of your brand's identity and style.

  • Seasonal trend and colour direction
  • CAD design, tech packs and bills of materials
  • Pattern making, grading and marker planning
  • Fit sessions and construction engineering
02

Fabric & trim sourcing

A reliable network of global mills and trim suppliers means the right material at the right price with alternatives ready when a mill runs long or a price moves.

  • Mill selection, costing and capacity booking
  • Lab dips, strike-offs and hand-feel approvals
  • Trim, label and packaging development
  • Incoming fabric inspection to 4-point system
03

Sampling & approval

A disciplined sampling sequence so nothing surprises you in bulk. Every comment is tracked against the style until it is signed off.

  • Proto, fit, salesman and photo samples
  • Pre-production and shipment samples
  • Size-set verification across the grade
  • Consolidated comment sheets per style
04

Sourcing & manufacturing

With a reliable network of global suppliers and modern production facilities, EETHEN ensures efficient sourcing, timely manufacturing and uncompromising quality. Whether you need small-batch production or large-scale orders, we deliver consistency, precision and value at every stage.

  • 16 associate partner factories across three hubs
  • Cutting, sewing, washing and finishing
  • Print, embroidery and applied decoration
  • Capacity allocated by product type and compliance level
05

Quality assurance

Quality is measured, not assumed. Inspection points are fixed in the timeline before production starts, and results are shared as they happen.

  • Inline inspection at 20%, 50% and 80% output
  • Final random inspection to AQL 2.5 / 4.0
  • Fabric and garment testing through accredited labs
  • Needle control and metal detection on kids' lines
06

Compliance & documentation

Social and technical compliance is a condition of order placement, not a certificate we collect afterwards.

  • Audited facilities with corrective action tracking
  • Restricted substance list control
  • Country-of-origin and duty documentation
  • Full order traceability from yarn to carton
07

Logistics & delivery

Retail-ready goods, correctly documented, consolidated and delivered to the port or distribution centre you nominate.

  • Price ticketing, barcode and EAN labelling
  • Hanger packs, polybagging and assortment packing
  • Carton marking and packing list generation
  • FOB, CIF, DDP and consolidated shipping options
08

Account management

A named merchandiser owns your account across every category, so you are never re-explaining a style to a new contact mid-season.

  • Single point of contact across all factories
  • Weekly written production status reporting
  • Critical path management per style
  • Escalation route with named senior sponsor

The critical path

From first sketch to delivered carton

Six stages, each with a defined owner, deliverable and date. You always know which stage your order sits in.

  1. Brief & costing

Tech pack, sample or mood board in. Costed proposal out — with fabric options, MOQ and an indicative delivery window.

  2. Design & pattern

CAD, specifications, grading and a first proto built for fit and construction review.

  3. Sampling & approval

Lab dips, strike-offs, fit samples and PP samples approved in sequence, with all comments in one document.

  4. Sourcing & booking

Fabric and trims booked against the confirmed order, inspected on arrival, factory capacity reserved.

  5. Bulk production

Cutting, sewing, washing and finishing under inline QC, with weekly written progress reporting.

  6. Inspection & shipment

Final AQL inspection, retail-ready packing, export documentation and consolidated shipment.

Working with us

Questions from sourcing teams

Practical answers on how a programme actually runs with EETHEN.

Can you produce from my own tech pack?

Yes. We produce directly from a buyer-supplied tech pack. Our technical team reviews it first and flags any construction, fabric or costing issue before sampling begins, so problems surface on paper rather than in bulk.

What if I do not have a tech pack yet?

Our design and product development team can work from a sketch, a mood board or a reference sample and build the complete CAD, specification, bill of materials and pattern set for you.

What inspection standard do you work to?

Final inspections run to AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects as standard. We also align to your own protocol or work with your nominated third-party inspection agency where required.

Do you handle retail-ready packing and barcoding?

Yes — price ticketing, barcode and EAN labelling, hanger packs, polybagging, carton marking and assortment packing, all to your distribution centre's specification.

Which shipping terms do you offer?

FOB, CIF and DDP, with consolidation across categories and factories where it reduces your freight cost. Documentation is prepared for your customs broker in advance of vessel departure.
