From initial design and product development to sourcing, production and global distribution, we provide a complete suite of services that help your brand reach its full potential. Start-up label or established retailer, you receive the same attention to detail, quality and reliability.
From the first sketch to the final pattern, our design team turns your ideas into ready-to-produce collections trend research, CAD, tech packs, grading and fit sessions included.
A vetted network of mills and trim suppliers gives you the right fabric at the right price with substitution options, lab dips and bulk approvals managed on your behalf.
Sixteen associate partner factories across three hubs, allocated by product type and compliance requirement small-batch capsules through to high-volume retail programmes.
Inline and final AQL inspections, fabric and garment testing, metal detection and third-party audit support verified before any carton leaves the floor.
Social and technical compliance managed as a standard, not an add-on: audited facilities, restricted substance control and full traceability documentation.
Consolidated shipping, ready-for-retail packing, barcoding and documentation coordinated from our Dubai, China and Bangladesh hubs to your distribution centre.
How we work
A transparent six-stage route to production. You always know which stage your order is in, who owns it and what happens next.
Share a tech pack, sample or mood board. We return a costed proposal with fabric options, MOQ and an indicative delivery window.
Our designers and pattern makers develop CAD, specs and grading, then build a first proto for fit and construction review.
Lab dips, strike-offs, fit samples and pre-production samples are approved in sequence, with comments tracked in one document.
Fabric and trims are booked against the confirmed order, with inspection on arrival and a capacity slot reserved at the assigned factory.
Cutting, sewing, washing and finishing run under inline QC, with weekly progress reporting and inline inspection reports.
Final AQL inspection, retail-ready packing, export documentation and consolidated shipment to your nominated port or DC.
Inside the process
The difference between a garment that sells and a garment that returns lives in the details the trim selection, the stitch density, the hand-feel of the fabric.
Global reach
Every season, more than four million EETHEN garments leave our hubs in Bangladesh, China and Dubai and cross the ocean to retail floors across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia.
Consolidated sea freight, retail-ready packing and documentation prepared before the vessel sails so your cartons clear customs and reach the distribution centre on the date you planned around.
Responsible production
Compliance is written into how we allocate orders. Every associate factory is audited before it receives a booking, and re-audited on schedule.
Ready when you are
With robust manufacturing expertise and a commitment to quality, EETHEN has earned its place as a trusted supplier to leading apparel brands and retailers. Send us a tech pack, a sample or an idea we will come back with a costed route to production.
